The Grandstream GXV3005 is based on the SIP standard and H.264 video codec and it is easy to use and manage and is designed to have broad interoperability with major 3rd party SIP products.

The GXV3005 Videophone features the same design and all of the functionality as its sister model, the GXV3000; however its gifted with the advanced versatility of an FXO PSTN line port.

The Grandstream GXV3005 Videophone's additional FXO/PSTN ports support calling over-and-between two networks (IP and PSTN network) from a single phone and offers a layer of security for IP video phone communication by providing the option of a PSTN life line for making voice calls if required.
